Receptionist (Part Time) – Baulkham Hills

We currently have an exiting opportunity for a receptionist seeking flexible working hours, working a minimum of two days per week and available on call when required. 

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Monitoring the switch from 8:30am to 5:00pm
  • Running all aspects of the reception area. Answering incoming calls, taking enquiries and directing them to the correct departments
  • Providing customers and visitors with professional and attentive service
  • arranging couriers when required
  • Collecting the mail and distributing to the relevant departments
  • Data entry Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable support
  • Typing for Managers as required

The successful applicant will require the following attributes:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organised and efficient time management skills
  • Exceptional customer service focus
  • Friendly and professional phone manner
  • The ability to work independently

Mechanic / Diesel Fitter – Sydney NSW

Due to recent staff movements, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Mechanic / Diesel Fitter to join our team at our Seven Hills location in Sydney. Ideally you will come from within the Hire Industry and show strong experience with one or more of the following equipment:

  • Earthmoving & Compaction
  • Air, Power & Lighting
  • Pumps
  • Access Equipment
  • General Tools
