We are committed to continue providing quality plant & equipment to all our customers throughout this Coronavirus pandemic.
Where restrictions permit, Allcott Hire branches will continue to remain open providing our extensive range of plant & equipment to all customers, including the general construction industry, building contractors and trades, DIY and other essential services such as government utilities and maintenance. We are following all advice and guidelines handed down by the State and Federal Governments, endeavoring to comply with all health and safety requirements that will enable us to continue to be a provider of services to our customers and the community.
First and foremost, the health, safety and well-being of our staff and customers is our main priority. We are doing this through regular communications and updates on COVID-19 to all staff, implementation of additional hygiene practices, staff working from home (where possible) and all branch locations enforcing the “Social Distancing” rules.
We have delivery vehicles ready to transport equipment to our customers in all areas. This will assist with limiting social interaction and eliminate the need for your staff to leave their sites. Our prompt delivery service is available for all hire equipment, with discounts applying for multiple items and long-term hires.
Changes to branch trading in the Greater Sydney Area due to NSW Government restrictions that are currently enforced.
Throughout the tough times that we we face with ongoing restrictions, we will ensure that we open branches that can service our customers in areas that government restrictions are no longer in place. Our Sydney and Central coast branches will remain open to ensure that we can service the requirements of all of our valued customers throughout these pressing times.
Our 24/7 after hours emergency service on 1300ALLCOTT is always in operation.
We will continue to strive to be the easiest rental company to do business with, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation during these uncertain times.
Regards,
Mike Cotter
